  • Production at our FDA-registered, NSF-certified facility in Clearwater, Florida. We run small-batch pilot runs starting at 5,000 units per SKU, with capacity up to 400,000+ units per month across 4 automated filling lines. Every batch includes full quality control protocols, batch tracking, and release documentation. First-order lead time: 10–12 weeks. Reorders: 6–8 weeks.

  • We source packaging components from both U.S. and international suppliers, manage compatibility testing with your formula, coordinate dielines, handle Pantone matching, and offer sustainable packaging options. We treat packaging as part of the formulation process, not an afterthought.

Vaulabs is a clean beauty contract manufacturer based in Clearwater, Florida. We handle custom formulation, U.S. regulatory documentation, production at our FDA-registered facility, packaging sourcing and reorder planning for skincare, haircare and body care brands. Production runs in an FDA-registered, NSF-certified facility (NSF/ANSI 455-2, certificate C0681369-HSCDS-5, valid through May 27, 2027). Brands can enter at formulation or bring an existing formula.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 5,000 units per SKU. That threshold applies to custom formulas and lets us hold cost efficiency and batch consistency. Pilot runs start at the same 5,000 units, and our facility has capacity for more than 400,000 units per month across four automated filling lines.

How long does it take to get a product manufactured?

First-order lead time is 10 to 12 weeks from the production deposit, and reorders are usually ready in 6 to 8 weeks. Custom formulation runs before that: the initial sample is delivered in 2 to 3 weeks, and optional testing adds its own schedule on top.

How much does it cost to start a custom formula?

The R&D fee is $1,000 for a custom formulation developed from your brief and $1,500 for benchmark matching, where we recreate a reference product you supply. That fee covers the development work and the initial sample, delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. Production is quoted separately.

Which services are included in a full engagement?

All production happens at our own facility at 2021 Sunnydale Blvd, Clearwater, Florida 33765. The site is FDA-registered, and filling and capping run in cleanroom conditions. Manufacturing standard: NSF-certified facility (NSF/ANSI 455-2). Sourcing, filling, labeling, quality control and release documentation are managed in house.
