FAQ

All answers

What is your minimum order?

Our MOQ is 5,000 units.

How much does it cost to start?

The R&D fee is $1,500 for a custom formula and $2,000 for benchmark matching. It covers the first sample and up to two revisions. Production is quoted as one price per unit with packaging, microbiological testing and label compliance review included.

How long does it take?

The first sample arrives in 2 to 3 weeks. A first production run takes 10 to 12 weeks, a reorder 6 to 8 weeks, and custom packaging 14 to 15 weeks. Stability testing can run longer, and you can start selling before it finishes.

Can you produce a formula I already have?

Yes. Send us the formula and your current specifications, and we review it for scale up, ingredients and compliance before we quote.

Do you handle MoCRA?

Yes. We prepare MoCRA product listing, INCI verification, label compliance review, claims guidance, SDS and COA coordination as part of the work.

Where are your products made?

In our 75,000 sq ft FDA-registered facility in Clearwater, Florida, NSF-certified under NSF/ANSI 455-2 (certificate C0681369-HSCDS-5).

What does the R&D fee include?

Formula development, your first sample delivered in 2 to 3 weeks, up to two revisions and shipping within the U.S.

Is packaging priced separately?

No. You get one price per unit with packaging and contents together. Microbiological testing and label compliance review are included in that price.

Which tests do I actually need?

Microbiological testing comes with every batch. Stability, preservative efficacy, packaging compatibility and RIPT patch testing depend on your product, your claims and where you sell. We tell you which ones apply before you commit.

Can I sell before stability testing finishes?

Yes. Stability is the only step that runs past the production cycle, and the product can go on sale while it continues.

What products do you make?

Serums, toners, creams, lotions, gels, body care, shampoos, conditioners, sprays and selected powder formats. We fill tubes in house. We do not make bar soap.

Do you source packaging?

Yes. We source from U.S. and international suppliers and test compatibility with your formula before any bulk order.
